Nifty & Bank Nifty Prediction for tomorrow 30 April: Indian stock markets opened strong today tracking positive cues from the Asian market peers. Markets erased most of their early gains in the late morning and traded volatile during the day. In the end, the key benchmark indices managed to close above their neutral lines.

Some relief came into the market after the government allowed the import of 17 medical devices for three months with mandatory declarations immediately after customs clearance and before the sale of such products in the domestic market. To meet rising demand in the current pandemic situation government has allowed the import of emergency medical devices like oxygen cylinders, oxygen generators, and ventilators.

Meanwhile, in order to protect domestic players from cheap shipments, India has imposed anti-dumping duty on imports of a chemical used in foam making from four regions, including the EU and Saudi Arabia for five years.

At the close, Nifty gained 30.35 points or 0.21 percent and closed at 14894.90 levels while Sensex was up by 32.10 points or 0.07 percent and finished at 49765.94 levels. The Bank Nifty was closed marginally lower by 8.30 points or 0.02 percent and ended at 33714.50 levels.

The midcap and smallcap index closed mixed today. The Nifty midcap index was down by 27.05 points or 0.11 percent and closed at 24286.45 levels. The Nifty smallcap index gained 55.90 points or 0.65 percent and ended at 8599.15 levels.

The top five gainers in the Nifty50 index for the day were JSW Steel, Bajaj Finserve, Tata Steel, Bajaj Finance, and Hindalco. The top five losers in the Nifty50 index were Eicher Motors, Hero Motor Corp, HCL Tech, HDFC, and Bajaj Auto. The most active stocks in the Nifty50 index were Tata Steel, JSW Steel, and Bajaj Finance.

On a sectoral basis, Metals, Financials, Oil & Gas, Capital Goods, and Healthcare sectors closed higher. Metals sectors gained more than 4 percent today. The sectors that closed in the red were Automobiles, Infrastructure, FMCG, IT, and Banks.

 

Nifty and Bank Nifty futures price movement, 29 April  (April Expiry)

 

The Nifty futures price opened at 15010 made a positive opening of 154.70 points. It has touched an intraday high at 15035 and a day’s low at 14812.30

The Nifty futures price has given a movement of 222.7 points today. In the end, it gained 41.8 points or 0.28 percent and ended at 14897.10 levels.

The Bank Nifty futures price opened at 33902.25 It made a positive opening of 206.05 points today. It has touched an intraday high at 34298.85 and a day’s low at 33271.80

During the day, the Bank Nifty futures price has given a movement of 1027.05 points. In the end, it closed higher by 15.8 points or 0.05 percent and closed at 33712 levels.

If the Nifty futures share price Moves Above 14965 and sustain. Then you should Buy with 1st Target of 15005 during the day with a Stop Loss of 14890  FOR the Target of 15005-15048- 15110

If the Nifty futures share price Moves Below 14890 and sustain. Then you should Sell with the 1st Target of 14838 during the day with a Stop Loss of 14965. FOR the Target of 14838- 14790 -14751

Range-Bound Trend of Bank Nifty Future: All up Moves Initiates Profit Booking (Sale) @ 34300, whereas All Down Moves Initiates Short  Covering (Buy) @ 33550

Suppose Bank nifty share price in futures Moves Above 33875 and sustain, then you should Buy with the 1st Target of 34070 during the day with a Stop Loss of  33570. FOR the Target of 34070 – 34290 – 34570

If Bank nifty share price in the futures Moves Below 33570 and sustained, then you should Sell with the 1st Target of 33305 during the day with a Stop Loss of 33875. FOR the Target of 33305 – 33090 – 32875

 

Global markets today 

 

On the global front, Asian markets were mostly closed in the green on Thursday. The Asian market sentiments were positive after Fed Reserves states that it was too early to consider rolling back emergency support for the economy and President Biden proposed a $ 1.8 trillion stimulus package. The European markets are mostly trading higher due to the U.S’s easy monetary policy and strong corporate earnings. The US futures, Dow, and Nasdaq futures are trading higher at this moment at 4.30 pm IST.

 

Conclusions

 

The Indian markets opened on a strong note today due to the easy monetary policy announced overnight by the US Federal Reserve. Key indices erased all early gains in the late morning due to profit booking at higher levels. Markets traded volatile throughout the day and later managed to close in the green. Heavy buying in metal sectors supported the key indices close above their neutral lines.
