Stock Market LIVE Updates July 25, 2023: Indian stock market indices opened higher on Tuesday tracking the positive cues from Asian Markets. The Nifty index opened higher by 57 points at 19729.35 levels, while Sensex also opened higher by 146.43 points at 66531.21 levels. The Bank Nifty made a positive opening of 231.65 points at the  46154.70 level.

Market Live at 9.45 am IST, the Indian stock market indices, Sensex and Nifty are trading slightly higher by 0.03 percent and 0.08 percent respectively. The Bank Nifty is also trading marginally higher by 0.16 percent at 9.45 IST. The broader markets are outperforming their larger peers, as the Nifty mid and smallcap indexes are trading higher by 0.45 percent and 0.57 percent respectively.

Among the sectors, Metal, Realty, and Auto are trading as top gainers while FMCG and IT sectors are trading lower.

The top-gaining stocks in the Nifty 50 index are JSW Steel, Ultratech Cement, Hindalco, Tata Motors, and Tata Steel and the top losing stocks are ITC, SBI Life, Asian Paints, TechM, and Axis Bank.

The most active stocks in NSE in terms of value are ITC, HDFC Bank, and Reliance in terms of volume Tata Steel, ITC, and Tata Motors

 

Asian Stock Market Live Updates Today

 

Asian stock market indexes are mostly trading higher on Tuesday, as China’s Politburo pledged to support and optimize the policies for its weak property sector. Beijing’s decision-making body has also pledged to generate employment in the country to boost consumption and handle debt risk.

Hang Seng is trading sharply higher by over 3% on China’s support to the property sector followed by the Shanghai index which is also up around 2%. Kospi erased intraday losses and turned positive while Nikkei is trading lower at 9 am IST
